Sierra is a blend with a clean, well-defined profile, characterised by its floral notes. The combination of coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia creates a cup with different layers of flavour, where deeper notes meet more delicate nuances.
In the cup, dark chocolate and toffee notes stand out, accompanied by floral notes that add complexity and pleasant acidity.
Made with Castillo, Caturra and Heirloom varieties grown between 1,500 and 2,100 metres above sea level, Sierra combines washed coffees to create its distinctive profile.
